Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

The MOU must be signed by the qualified hospital/entity and HHSC representatives. The MOU is a static document that may be signed electronically through the Presumptive Eligibility website. The MOU must be signed by an individual who is in a decision making capacity for the hospital/entity, such as the CEO or CFO. Once the hospital/entity has signed the MOU, the HHSC representative will sign the MOU. The hospital/entity will receive a pdf version of the MOU.
