Presumptive Eligibility

When entering a temporary password, make sure that you are entering the password exactly as it is written. This means:

• No spaces before or after the password.
• Writing upper case letters and lower case letters correctly.
• Writing numbers and symbols correctly.

If you have not received your initial temporary password email from the website,
you can have a new temporary password email sent to you by using the “forgot/change password” link.
